Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs: We charge a flat rate of $5.

Shipping Times: We typically ship orders Monday–Thursday.

Shipping Expedite: We are currently working to add expedited shipping.

Delivery: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location. If theft is a concern, consider using a PO box or another secure option.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping, but hope to soon. If you are located outside of the United States and want one of our products, let us know at info@badstudio.design.

Free Shipping on domestic orders $200+ and international orders $400+.

Ordering

Order Modifications: As of this moment, we do not have a good method for modifying orders after they are placed. Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct at checkout.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition. Partial refunds may be issued for items not returned in original condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be returned to the customer as final sale.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide return labels. Please add tracking and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Please note for all returns that once we receive the items back at our warehouse, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee.
